as a matter of fact....im a new bie
the game is so great(without a doubt)
i want to ask where and when we can recive the gift code
couse this morning they ask me for the GC to recive 4x offline exp......but i have no idea about GC (eventhough that i searched crazily on the internet)

Gift codes are usually given from events.
The last time I remember an event that gives gift codes is at the Christmas event, last december.

Just wait for events and updates that give gift codes.

In addition to Vic's answer- The Offline Bonus is separate from the Redeem Gift Pack. The offline bonus is claimed using offline exp tokens. The number of tokens required to claim the offline bonus is equal to the number of hours you were offline for. For example, if you are offline for 6 hours and have 6 4x Offline Exp Tokens or more, you can click Claim in the 4x exp box and gain the amount of exp shown.
