what stats should I concentrate for my priest & like how much should I add?

The Other Skills slots are where the other skills you get will be found (frost from the fragarach, rage explosion from the insignia, and so on). You can click and drag these skills to your hotbar, but you can't drag skills to the Other Skills slots. However, you can change your default attack to be any skill you want by clicking on a skill and dragging it to the Default box.
