Cancelling VIP will stop the reoccurring charge that happens every month when your VIP runs out. Your current active VIP will remain until the month is over and you can't receive a refund. If you want VIP on a new character you will have to purchase it separately using the same method. Since you can't transfer VIP between characters.Quick Links
