    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZjZ3tICV0A
It's pretty simple. The instructions are self explanatory but not very clear. You just drag a mount that you don't like to the Divinity Pool but the catch is apparently, thanks to an anonymous player for informing me, that any mount with cash value to it can be used to get divinity points. So, this system CAN be farmed.
Keep in mind this is not a conclusive and no where near finished guide of this system. The purpose of this guide is to provide some clarity for now.

    Divinity Points:
1 crystal = 1 divinity point. So a 999 crystal mount gives you 999 points or 1%... The maximum is 100,000 or 100%. It's said once the Divinity pool is filled up or let's assume at this moment that it means 100% then it gives you a Divine Mount. The question is, will the divine mount change the appearance of your mount? Yes, if you click "Display the Divine Mount option" it will display the Divine mount over any mount that you are currently equipping.

    Divine Hearts:
Given to you when you add a mount [that has to be bought] to the pool or buying it from the fate shop. A Santa's Sleight [999 crystals] gave me 1 Divine Heart. It's best to keep them while you are filling it up because you are going to need the hearts to train your Divine Mount.

    Divine Blessings:
This is a buff. The buff seems to last for 3 hours and can only be claimed once a day. When you add points to the Divinity pool. The higher you go, the higher the level of the Divine Blessings. Mine is at level 2 at the time of video and Screen Shot.
You must have Divinity Points in order to get the blessings.

At level 1, divine blessings took away 500 divinity points.

So i tried the new system and it only seems to take mounts you can buy with crystals none of the ones like therion 2person mounts or the starter mounts to gmut upgraded mounts.
Windfirey gave me 6890 points = to the cost in the fate shop velociraptor gave same points as crystal cost. New mount would cost 100k are the stats worth it?

The buff cost 500 points and lasts 3 hrs also

        100k crystal for 100% pool
6000 divine hearts for Training the mount.
-100 divine hearts per train. 20 levels. 3 mounts.

        100 per level x 20 levels x 3 mount = 6000 divine heart x 380 crystals = 2,280,000 + 100,000 crystals for 100% divinity pool.

btw, it is not a new mount. it is additional stats apart from your equipped mount and you have the option to display the mount or your equipped mount.

By the time I filled up the pool I had 100 DH to train it to level 2. I guess I can just wait for them to be in the consumer points or Point of interest in the future.
Here is the level 2 stats

so how does the calculating of the stats work?lets say I have 100 base hp and I have +150% hp from the mount. does that mean I will have a total of 250 hp after I get the mount?

if you reach 100%, does the divinity pool points decrease if you use the buffs?
