How long does it take for purchased Crystal to show up in-game?

Sometimes it is immediately after you confirm your order. However it's highly dependent on the payment method you have chosen.
Another thing to note is that if 12 hours have passed and you have yet to receive your Crystals. I highly recommend you file a Support Ticket so a Game Master can follow up on your order.Quick Links
