They can, and may, take up to 24 hours just to acknowledge your issue depending on what your issue is. If you find yourself waiting days, then come back and post your ticket number and I, or another moderator, will send the number to one of the gms.

Well if you want a solid gripe to go with this thread how's this. The game itself keeps Blacklisting me because it thinks I'm multiple users from the same account even though when I go to pay I have to go through my paypal which makes me log in with My password and My username which isn't associated with anything in this game, and they make me wait almost 2 days to tell me to contact my financial institution when it's their fault and not Paypal's then after I explain to them about their own freaking game and how the mechanics of it works they then go oh ok we white listed you again. I've been black listed over 6 times now and I've been playing this game since the start of S46. Tell me now why they can't get faster replies especially when I'm trying to give them money lol.
