hit vs dodge is biased towards hit....as even 50% hit rte will hit a 100+% dodge rate more than often.(like 2 out of 3 times)

it caps at 75% reduction from what I've seen so it's impossible to hit 100% reduction

Yeps, you'd be immune to all damage with 100% Dmg redu. but like scooby said, it caps at 75%
