Is magic missile considered a autoattack and therefore affected by attack speed % bonus or is it affected by cast speed since its technically a spell. It says the cast time is 0 on my skill bar but the tooltip talks about it being a basic magic attack.

It is an auto attack therefore it is affected by attack speed and the attack does magical damage.You sated that it says 0 cast time so it won't use any casting
if you create other accounts like rogue (since none of its skills uses casting time) you will see that all of its skill sates 0 cast time same as Magic Missile.1 WORD
