When you log in your character there will be an advert about being a VIP, click that advert where it says join and buy the VIP.
You also have a 3 day free VIP that allows you to experience what it would be like as a VIP, however you will not receive ALL the benefits being a VIP only the major ones.Hope this helpes

Buying Items not from using the in-game trading function and cash store is against ToS, and will get you banned. Selling or buying VIP/crystals/account will get you banned.
