AGREEE R2 need to change rule... i suggest run two game... same time. and make a video... with video cam. when this game Failed to connect and other game running make video and post it to R2 let them know whose problem it is ours or there..

no Compensation no sympathy with customer. just point @ customer that there computer and internet problem... .... Crazy

LOG-IN FAILED : FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER!
this was happening to me like almost 3 days and counting..
i used to check my net connection every time this is happening but i have the assurance the problem was not on my part!
i already filed tickets! tickets! tickets! but same things they are responding you need to do this bla bla bla but still nothing happens as a solution
even a temporary one ...
before this things happen i just got my VIP
and these problems (crazy bugs,heavy lags,discon. failed to connect server) doing nothing but to waste my vip days/times
the fact that i spend real cash and my savings here on game i think
I DESERVE TO BE TREATED BETTER THAN THIS
i know i am not the only '' casher '' here on game.
( i do not mean to offend someone or anybody )
its just CAN I PLAY THIS GAME SOFT ALONG THE WAY?
please make a proper respond or make a permanent solution for this
