Things you need to know:
1.Rogues do NOT have high PDEF and MDEF,but rogues like to dodge hits,not take them.
2.Rogues have low PATK, but crit makes up for that.
3.Rogues are one of the worst classes to do dungeons with,so unfortunately it's one of the poorest classes.
Stats
The Stat distribution should be 2 STR 1 AGI up to level 25, lvl 25-50 2 AGI 1 str then 50 onwards full AGI.

Slayers Cloak - 1(To be able to Stun)
Assassins Thrust - 1 (Lvl 1 for imp.Thrust)
Slayers Speed - 1
Shadow Rush - 5 (4 Second stun is important)
Slayers Call - 5 (Crit is important)
Chokehold - 1
Shadow Strike - 1 (Used for restealthing and stunning again)
Slayers Sprint - 1
Improved Assassins Thrust - 5(Good PvP skill)
Blade Sweep - 1
Brutality - 1 (Crit is important)

The best Offhand Is HoE (Heart Of Eden) it gives the best stat boosts over all.
Titles
Because I like to PvP(Player v Player) alot I use the "Silent Destroyer" title,but if you're based on PvE(Player v Enviroment)You should use the "Shadow Of Doubt" Which gives more HP and PDEF and MDEF
Pets
The best pet you can get is obviously a Demon King/Burning Angel, but for those who cant get crystal Teeka is recommended or Baby Angel/Baby Demon.
Soul
ALWAYS collect your SS(Soul Shards)if you don't you will regret it later on,SS is the most important thing for soul.
The best soul for rogues is Void Spirit,because it focuses on crit and dodge,the most important upgrades in soul is Illusion,Deftness,simplicity.
The second thing you should work on is Brilliance,Work on Rage,Madness,Ferocity and a little bit on Braveness.
PvP Strategy/Combo
If you're a PvP based rogue here is a strategy/Combo to kill almost everyone your level and people above your level.
The Strategy/Combo is: Stealth then Stun,use all skills that you can(Except Shadow Strike) Teeka Charm,use all skills again,use shadow strike
then stun again. use all skills again.That's about 12 seconds of beating on someone without them attacking back,if you can't kill them in 12
seconds just try to upgrade your soul a bit more and try again.
