Pink Diamonds

I have superior pink diamonds(bound) and they say that i can only socket them into a ring, however, none of my rings have an option to add sockets to them, is this a glitch or is there only certain rings that can have sockets?

u cant socket it only in lvl 100-120

you can only socket legendary rings

you can also socket epic gear(ring and necklace), sucks really cause u can't socket savage or slayer and i was so looking forward to throw in some gems into my slayer
