is there a specific level for pet to attain its new skill?

try to catch baby pet :P it has high chance to get new skill (baby pets are level 1, so it can learn new skill faster) and tested 80%

because i have 2 angle pet egg... all of them didn't hatch

well, for baby pet if you catch in monster island,,usually new skill attained at lv 6 - 7,,and so on
but for you to hatch an egg it based on ur luck,,,try to hatch 9 - 10 at once for demon or angel for example

pet egg its depend on your luck to hatch it~ not 100% rate hatching

yeah random luck i guess.there is this server where i used to play i buy a few baby demon eggs none of it hatch.but there is another server i was playing too,i got 2 demon eggs through grillin' meat,at one click It's hatch!.
