Failed Enchanting with DC

How could i'm failed enchanting my weapon (fragarach sword) with DC???
i just see the success rate and that's said 100% success,but the fact is i'm failed...
what's that mean???is there's a bug or something like that??

i lost much money because of that!!!!

i use enchantment stones to plus frag from +1 to +4....

Does frag VI even have 100% success hmm dont remember but i do know that ive failed at a 95% before don't really understand how cause im pretty sure i can't get a success at 5% in R2 book. Well this is the life of R2 there maths off there logic is twisted and enchanting is one of those unfair things.

Its around what 10% success so thats around 10 clicks to get 1 success, its cheaper than using DC for me. DC cost 20g+ per in my server.
