The GMs made a typo. If you had read the post and the US time, you would have figured it out that obviously it'd be impossible for Jan 24th @ 10am or 1pm in the US to be the same as Jan 24 @ 2am in the philippines. That would imply your time is behind, when it's actually ahead.
