My character got deleted after I logged out on Crystal Saga

When I logged in, when on the server "Tundara", I created a character and then I logged out. And when I logged back in and went to that same server "Tundara", my character got deleted somehow... I don't know what to do... Can one of you guys tell me why???

Might wanna file a ticket on R2 ^^.... R2 staff might help you on this problem...
