I went to open a ticket for crystal saga because i didnt recieve my 4000 crystals then it says that i dont have a character on server 61 i have been on the server for a month or more and it is saying that i dont exist *** seriously i want to get my 4000 crystals i even recieved 2 messages stating my transaction went through can someone help me.

FYI, server 61 hasn't been up for a month.... it was released just a week ago.... so I'm not sure if you're really playing in S61.... you might be playing in Server 60? If so you can try selecting S60 in your ticket -
