I feel ur pain, it is really lame. I have 4 purchases but im unable to select a character or server to add them to... every time I click the drop down for character/server the feilds are blank. -

you are better off waiting until 40 to make a frag weapon instead of making the crystal enchanted weapon. at your level the bonus stats mean less than the pure power you'll get from a frag. but it's your choice. enjoy the game how you want to
