please help the gems r missing when i exchange those gem coupons to bound gems.. it`s not even at the temp storage... my inventory was full that time.. and it didnt even say that i obtain those gems.. the gem coupon suddenly disapear.. please help..

maybe cause it was full so automatically thrown away -
