Only if you've spent 30k$+ and have a proof of that.

The sex change capsule was intended to satisfy the gay couples whom play this game.
Sex Change is a completely different thing as it doesn't affect the overall class one bit.

No. Actually, there isn't. You can delete your current character, create a new one in your desired class, then spend a large sum of money all at one time, and you might be given the option to get a few gifts as a thank you. But, the characters in question didn't have a class change, and half of what's being said on the forums about it is an outright lie.
