my cs page keeps ketting stuck at 97% it happened to me all day i tried clearing the cache and the cookies and it still happen

You not going to get much help for this issue, apart from the usual clear your cache (***Don't do this***) which makes your problem worse.

The problem is that flash lost connection to the server while in the middle of the download and is unable to resume because it is waiting on an infinite timeout for the rest of the data being downloaded.

Possible corrections:
1) Reset your Internet connection
2) Reset your browser
3) If you have TCP pipelining turned on -- then turn it off. Reset your browser again. (If you don't know what this is, Read the help for your specific browser)
4) If you are using windows flush your local dns cache (from cmd prompt>> ipconfig /flushdns)
5) If all that fails, try a proxy or change your ISP
