He has been getting hacked from others, and people who hack char Khimpot it wants to use Khimpot account for Torch scam to everyone, then there is a person involved party that ... after that he reported to the Forum to tell the GM that can Khimpot Account Permanent banned!
AND, if the GM believes in all that? I'm NOT!, if you want to Banned Account Khimpot, but you should check khimpot account before you banned him.
