Ive used gamer card 20$ to get 2k crystal and i didnt get the crystal??? What do i do . Does it take time to get my crystal.
This is my first time buying crystal .

If you do not have your crystals after 12 hours, please file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com

Since we're on topic about game cards, i just wanted to ask if you have a $20 UGC and buy vip using that would you still have $12 left in the card for later use, or is it a one time use?

you would still have 12$ worth of points on a account on their website...and if you don't have one though...idk

It's rare when a ticket needs to be filed for crystals. Generally you get your crystals very shortly after you've paid for them, but on occasion things happen and a ticket is required to fix it.

As luigi mentioned, the extra money on the card is converted to points equal to the dollar value left on the card. You can apply those points the next time you checkout.
