how long does it take to get crystals after buying them?

I bought crystals about an hour ago and still have not received them yet. What gives???

it can take up to 24 for a 1st time buy but normaly no more than 12

Basically it takes up to 12-24 hours for first time buyers but if it still doesnt come file a ticket
