24 Hours and still no xtals

Its been 24 hours and I've still haven't received any xtals that i bought. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

You can't do anything. the R2 team will answer your ticket as soon possible. usually it takes 24 hours.

Wait at least 1 week b4 posting or filling a ticket about your issues.Also I think that r2 answers to your issues to your ticket depending on what type of issue you
filed.

If it's crystals not delivered, don't wait a week. 24 hours if first time buying , 12 hours if not.
