  • More than 5 days and still no xtals?

    I need help. i haven't recieved my xtals and its been almost a week

      Since it's been 5 days, have you checked that the payment went through and made sure there was no email saying it was cancelled?

        why does r2 can't fix this issue i also got this problem and need to file ticket for it? more work to do T_T

          If you didn't get your crystals after 5 days like the original poster, then yes, you should send in a ticket and ask where your crystals are. Otherwise, they don't know you are missing your crystals.

          However, there is an anti-fraud system in place, so if it's your first purchase, it can take up to 12 hours for the payment to process and you to receive your crystals. If you haven't received your crystals, the best course of action is to send in a ticket. They are really good with responding to issues with payments.
