Can You Also make a "Delivery Quest" in Between Server Time "02:00 to 04:00". Because i'm taking my class between "13:00,14:30 and 18:30..

If you can't do delivery on the said time, just skip it.
There is more to life than getting 'honor' or 'bronze badges' in game.
And plenty of other ways to get 'badges' not just deliveries.
