no more quests... now what?

i'm done with all the quests that dont need crystals, now what do i do?

Have you checked your unaccepted quest list?
quest usually have different NPC's even man quest

You can always do daily events, like Not the Boss of Me, Bath, Sengolia, or Ladder.
Or you can just go grind monsters (kill monsters over and over).
Just a hint: If you do grinding, please remember to be on 2x exp or more, since it dramatically cuts down the time that is necessary to level.
