a few days ago, i loaded my MOL account to buy Crystals.
when i'm completing the payment UltimatePay pops up and asks for UltimatePay account.
when i input the username and password needed and clicked the login button, it says we cannot access or something like that.
i searched for hours to find a way to solve it.
i managed to buy crystals easily by changing the password of my UltimatePay account.
*I don't know if it works on everypayments like Paypal, Credit Card etc. or only in MOL Points but try to give it a shot.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR ACCOUNT ABLE TO LOG IN
"CHANGE YOUR ULTIMATEPAY PASSWORD"
1. When UltimatePay pops up in the payment menu, click the forgot button to use the change password option
2. Once it says they sent a mail to your e-mail, log in to your mail and open it.
3. click the link to change your UltimatePay password.
4. Do the whole process of buying crystals, and boom. when UltimatePay pops out. you can now log-in your UltimatePay account
and complete the order.
