crystal essence bar..where can i get the vial??

i'm a beginner n have no idea of where to get the crystal essence vial..
see, my CE bar is full....n i'm getting like, NOTHING out of that?
can anybody tell me what i'm suposed to do now that it's full??

you use crystal essence on soul upgrades.

crystal essence bar is used for upgrading certain things
and the vial can be bought at the fate shop but don't concern yourself with that its not really something you should be worried about
