the event for soul print is ending tomorrow and i havent got any sp from the redemption u said u try to fix it u couldve just say on the event description only for lvl 60+

no but the description says for the players who do the redemption will get 1 soul print players can get the reward 3x a day it doesnt say do all the daily quest

file a ticket, provide screenshots of you succesfully turning in redemption-quests and add the servertime of turning it in. Do all these and you might get SP afterall.
