My husband on game has been doing redemption everyday and he's a lvl 55 scion. He hasn't received any SPs from completing the quests. >.<

i also didnt get any sp from my redemptions i am a lvl 53 scion
& submitted ticket 3 times
they gave me 9 sp total.
but still didnt fix the problem i think..
