If something in the game doesn't work, it's expected for you to file a ticket with screenshots. Had you done that for each of your missing redemptions every day of the event, you would have gotten the SPs too. It might suck, but there was a way for those with bugged reds to get their SPs and it was by filing tickets.(S14)Squintina
