Slayer's has more atk spd/move spd/crit/crit dmg and a lot of armor piercing + crit defense.
Frag has the anti-defense skill and more raw atk power/some nice stat boosts.
Depends on your preferance and slayer seems to remain more PvP-styledCrystal Saga:
