will some one help i need to know how to lvl up quick so i can help a friend get some HW

Up until Lv. 30, just follow the various quests that are given to you.

Once you've reached Lv. 30, you can do events such as Starglade Tour (Lv. 30-39), Sengolia Battlegrounds (Lasts 1 hour or until one of the Crystals is destroyed - win or lose still get EXP Lv. 30+), Blessed Bath (Requires 5 in total).

And you'll learn the aspects from there.
