White Tiger is 25 Therion + Hellwing + Genbu
Seiryu is 50 (or it's 75) Therion + White Tiger
Phoenix is 150 Therion + Seiryu

@Luigi - it only states that you need to have a hellwing, but it does not say that you need to exchange a hellwing and therions for one

@kinibini4 - If you exchange for one at Ronna in the Tree of Life, yes, it doesn't expire. But if you get one from the dragon coin or from the phoenix pack, it expires from 1 to 7 days, depends. And you get free therions from events, such as the freshly squeezed orange packs that has ended. Keep watch for more events such as these. Same goes for you dennis0031

And mount extravaganza is the on-going permanent event, I advise you to check the latest events.
