It was made 45 because people can easily get to Lv. 35 tops within 1 day - and I know people who would do that.

So, the requirements will be kept at Lv. 45

Honestly, I don't care if this level requirement is too high or too low but make it 40. Trust me, the average players can elvel to level 30-39. They WILL make never make it to level 40 in one day (except for exceptional performance players C

Lvl 45 to collect the rewards for the bear is fine. The event wasn't made for the alts to collect and pass to their mains, it was made to help the actual players progress in game.

It could be worse, by the way, the rewards could have been bound.

You can equip the bear at any level. You won't get the event rewards until level 45.

yah lvl 45 is too high ... leveling for 33-44 is hard ... coz the quest is few ... so there fore you need to do bath, afk leveling, training, ladder and etc.

Lol 30-70 are the easiest levels.
Starglade Tour from Lv. 30-39 helps a lot.
Doing ADIVs, Bath, Ladder (Lv. 20 at most helps a lot) and such helps you level at least 1 level a day until 50ish?
