click settings at the top of the page then scroll down till you see edit profile picture,
then click that and follow the directions there and add what you want (make sure its appropriate though)

Open up the event panel, next to the mini map. Click on the Dungeons tab, then find Killer's Den on the list. All the dungeons from that one on down the list, drop Gem Removers. You can also click on the NPC right in that panel and auto-walk to the dungeon.
