Clarification on the "I Can Has Bear" Facebook Activity

what i must do, if i "like" on my first character and then i delete him, now i creat new haracter, but can`t complete quest

one thing I have noticed:
if you make a toon & get the bear on it, delete that toon & remake a toon with the same name: liking facebook will not get you the crystal & you're unable to get the bear.

I liked it the first day I started playing about five days ago and since then I've signed into facebook many times and got no bear.

i found this on my account page, but still cannot complete the bear bear quest...


my other 2 character on other server completed this quest.


is it only happen in himeng valley server?

the quest for the bear pet says i need to open 1 slot on pet column, and i need to pay like 175 crystals for that?

I'm on level 17, I accepted the Bear quest and I've liked and unliked the game 3 times after accepting the quest. It's been numerous hours and I still haven't gotten it. And now whenever I click on the in-game link to like it, the window opens and is just white. It was working moments ago, I'm so irritated by this (-_-)

by the way, i can complete this quest on server "kaymo mountain". it is not my facebook account problem, is it?
