Anyways, in relation to your question...

Upon entering the character-selection page, click on your character and then select the "Set Character Lock". (located at the bottom left)

Type in your new character password (make sure you don't forget your char password!!) and then confirm!

When you try to enter the game, you'll have to input your new character password... simple lng :P
