No, I tried pk once and i kept on killiing the same player over and over again and after while when i kept on kos him he started to drop some items while he had no red name

PvE server, correct? The only pvp happens in pvp events and in kaymo mountain. If you don't have a red name, then the only items you would drop are guild resource materials.

If you want no pvp, you'll need to avoid the pvp events, and if you don't want to lose guild resource materials, you'll need to keep those stored in your vault.
