where do i get the quest of that? when i go to quartermaster there is no quest about Fayes Diary?

The quest log is a little stupid and still shows quests from fairly recent weekly events.

Faye's Diary is one of such quests: it was a limited time and it's no longer available.

same applies to: Crystal Ladder Challenge, Bounting Hunting, The odds are in your favor, if you happen to see them in your quest available log.
