Says in first post, you get the gear and inferior crystals from dungeons. You get the better crystals from the item shop.

Yes, pet equipment may be transferred from one pet to another as long as the level requirements are met.

This is going to really turn things around in pvp really upsetting some delicate balances you that have been in place. I sure hope you guys don't make the chances too low or at least not cash shop attainable because this is going to hurt a lot. Over time it may not be so bad.
