it will pop up this window when you click on it, you wont be able to use chat feature once its open.

its 30mins after the first seng starts and there is no requirements. the more questions u answer the better rewards u get if u in top 5 i think u get mc and ew

the event starts at 15:30... in 15:30 server time it will pop up in the side of ur minimap wherever u are wether u like it or not..
