I am on the Main quest Spirit fluctuations. The quest requires Soul Binding Apparatus but I did not get. Could you please fix so I can move on?

Try abandoning the Quest and accepting it again. Usually it will give you the item. If that doesn't work then file a Support Ticket so a GM can send it to you.Helpful Links

yeah, just abandon that quest and get it again, it heapend to me to, and now i can continue my quest, just like moderator said
