Optimize your healing stats ie by find a better weapon which boost healing stats, upgrade , using gem or soul development (int).

its because you have the lvl 60 ladder balancer
this is to keep everyone at somewhat the same lvl in ladder

gems and better weaps do not really help... coz stats are added NOT multiplied
and the added stats changes every 10 lvls
this is to void any lvl and equips gap between the party

so even thou you have 5 superior gems on you which is giving 250 healing total, those only gives you additional about 400+ heal in ladder, which is not much help on healing some1 with 60-70k hp

the only way i can think of that will give a suitable heal is to lvl up your light heal
if your light at lvl 1 heals 9k, lvl 5 would be 11-12k
