How do you post screen shot on forums?

i was wondering how do u post screen shot on forums?i kno how to take the screen shot,but i have no idea how to post on forums.

In the Quick Reply box, there is a bar with tools on it. Hovering over each of the tools will tell you the names of them. Find the one that says Image (it's near the end of the row, and is a square with a picture inside of it). Click on that and select From Computer if the screenshot is on your computer, or From URL if the screenshot has been uploaded somewhere. If you select From Computer, click on Select Files at the bottom, find the location of your image, and select Upload.
