The new event

Hey people, what i must do on this new event: no sleep for you?
I can't recive the reward. Please help me.

Let's say you logged in at 1:45 PM
Go to the Quartermaster and accept the reward at 3 PM.

Then a cool down buff will appear at the top-left corner of your screen and when it reaches 0, you can collect the reward, again.

But i get this buffs. When they count to 0 i didn't recive any items or what is it.

you wont receive any item unless you get the pack as a rewards
it seems many missunderstand this events
if you get your buff thats your reward until event time reset, which is 1h
if next coming hour you go to 1/4master and get same buff or another buff, thats your reward
you will reveice random items only when you get sleepless pack as reward

about that,,you will get either buff or pack,,,it never tells we will get both,,,talk to quartermaster or look at special event list to know more
