the drop rate in dungeon is very rare, in vault nightmare all i get is fair to goodIGN: xSpade

boss dungeon always drop it,,at least 1 per attempt,,,as fas as i know,,the more difficult dungeon level % to get blue / yellow/ purple one is better,,for poor or os item,,it's random
