How do you get +7 so easy?

i almost use 2 stock of magic dust to upgrade my savage purple set

I used a stack yesterday on my ring and it's still +3. I couldn't get above +6

And Also In Enchanting it depends on the item you enchanting and the color of the item you enchanting
Example: White(no color) it has the most high % of success in enchanting...

Spam click even with Md you cant get +7 I got +11 with out any fail using Md level 30 wepon.
